Two Blogs In One Week!
I haven’t posted this frequent in years and I used to love to blog. Long story short I still love to blog.
The truth is I used to blog like mad but now I rarely use any social media. Last year I only posted 35 pictures on IG (my favorite platform).
Hola! Connect with me @DevinBisanz
This year started out similar to last but then it became different when Jody Lea and I made a handshake deal on a Condo in Kitsilano BC. Two weeks later we had a contract signed saying that we would pay $713 per square foot for our new condo!!
On the day we signed the contract a condo in the same building sold for $989 per square foot.
That’s a lot of money when you think about what you could buy elsewhere for less. A quick search in my old stomping grounds of Prince George BC, and we could have owned this 4 bed, 3 bath home (below) on 10 acres of land for $90,0000 less then what we paid for our Condo in Kitsilano. #Iloverealestate
We bought a ground floor unit in a trendy neighbourhood with two private entrances and our own green space. The deal isn’t quite finished but I’m dreaming about seeing these flowers.
The bottom line is that it doesn’t matter how much property you own. It matters how well you fit into the space.
Now why would I write two blogs in one week?
Thank you for asking. It’s because our last blog talked about goals, and the importance of having hobbies that align with those goals. If you already have goals then hopefully now or soon you start imagining that specific task you have to complete next.
My hobby is internet marketing. My goal is to use the internet to make passive monthly income. The journey is long.
My first website gave me hope but then fizzed out, my second website was embarrassing and the third failure stung for a good 5 months. I tried again, and again faced delusional thoughts, failure was the only option. I was a failure. I let people down. I failed. I started thinking that being a Walmart greeter was the only way out.
What a sobering thought.
All my life people have said, “Do you know what a hard job is?” Then they would say something like life insurance salesman, or tree planter, or whatever they thought was a hard job.
I always respond, “Do you know what the hardest job in the world is??”
Entrepreneurs have to be a jacks of all trades and master of ALL trades!
It takes time to accumulate the knowledge of successful entrepreneurs. Never give up. I’ve been working on the internet so long I can run a fully optimizable website for a few dollars/month. Today this website is a joke to my mother-in-law, tomorrow I’ll be telling the jokes to small and large audiences.
Think about your greatest strength.
My greatest strength is persistence. I NEVER give up. I always get what I want.
No matter what your strength, doesn’t it feel good just to say I always get what I want? Let’s shout it, “I always get what I want!!!”
If you haven’t read the first blog of this new series check it out here. If you like it then hopefully you stay connected because the next blog is coming and it will be filled with extremely important material!!!! You are an amazing person. I always get what I want.
